2017 Top 10 for The Crochet Crowd
We have been sharing Yarnspirations “top posts”, so I decided to take a look at our own stats here at The Crochet Crowd. I love those countdown style tv shows between now and the end of the year, so why not show everyone what has been the most popular right here on our website.
So here are the top 10 most visited posts, counting down from number 10 to the number 1 post of 2017.
This is one of the early posts I did after joining the team in 2015 and I’m so excited to see that it has become a go-to reference page.
This was a crazy popular mystery crochet along. The gallery was overflowing with colors on these beautiful afghans.
One of our very best reference posts. It is so handy when trying to decide how big to make a blanket.
I couldn’t be prouder of this one. The Caron Cakes and the Modern Granny are such a perfect combo.
Another fabulous reference guide. Save this one to your favorites. Oh wait, I think you already have.
I fell in love with Caron Cakes right from the start. This round up of early ideas still remains a popular post.
LauraJean spotted the frenzy for bun hats early on and designed this one. The trend is still continuing and this hat is super fun.
This is one of our most asked questions is… “how many chains…”, so naturally it’s not a surprise at all to see this as one of our top reference posts.
This was the second round up of Caron Cake project ideas after designers and bloggers around the internet all started creating amazing projects with the fun yarn.
The #1 most viewed post on The Crochet Crowd for 2017….
2017 was the year of the Temperature Afghan! Did you create one? Will it be popular again in 2018? Only time will tell.
In addition to these top 10 posts, something the we are quite proud of is the reorganization of the Free Patterns section of the website in 2017. It took some time and effort, but the end result was so nice and makes the browsing so much more user friendly. Besides our Home Page, it is the next most visited Page on The Crochet Crowd. Keep browsing and enjoy.
I hope you enjoyed this Top 10 countdown of 2017. Happy New Year and see you all in 2018! ~ Jeanne
