The Crochet Crowd is ready for our 5th Donation Drive to collect baby booties, baby hats, and clothing for preemie & newborn crochet / knitted items. We prefer hand made items but you can decide to make a cash donation if you wish. You can donate cash by going to Crafting For A Cure Website and get more information about that.

Final Deadline is Wednesday October 3rd, 2012

Our pledge to our viewers:

Each viewer who submits a donation to Crafting For A Cure through our studio will be featured in a mixed compilation video in their honour with Diva Dan showing their donation and featured on YouTube. The donation must be in by October 3rd, 2012 in order to be featured in a video. There are no exceptions for film late arrivals due to preparations for Creativ Festival that must be done.

One Photograph of your donation will be taken and submitted onto Facebook to show off your creations with our Facebook Audience.

Learn more about Crafting For A Cure. I've chosen this charity due to the global outreach that they provide. I'm a global teaching resource and it makes sense to support a global outreach program verses a local charity that is only benefiting my community.

Our crowd has been responsible for over 7,500 donations to date. We have provided over 66 hospitals with at least 150 donations each.

Crochet Cruise Update: Featuring the Mexican Riviera

In this edition, our fans get a first hand look at Carnival Miracle. This is our cruise ship for the Mexican Riviera Cruise for February 15th, 2014. We will be doing Stitch Sessions and etc throughout the boat during our 7 day cruise. This cruise departs out of Los Angelas. Crochet by Numbers, Stitches Library + Free Patterns

This week I focused on a fabulous guy by the name of Todd Paschall. He is the owner of Crochet by Numbers. Just like you see the Michael Jackson done in crochet on the sweater, he has figured out an easy way to do portraits within crochet projects. It's really remarkable. Also, I have created a new Stitches Library that takes you back to square 1 for learning crochet stitches.
