What do I need to do to get Mikey or Cathy to respond faster to emails when I am having a problem?
Our email inbox can be quite busy at times, it’s not uncommon for us to be backlogged. While some questions / concerns are easy for us to address. Others require us to research and do some leg work.
If you seen our inbox, most people who are requesting an immediate answer will type in UPPER CASE LETTERS in the subject line to get our attention to put them in priority first. I hate to tell you, most people practice this technique and makes our inbox look like an entire list of UPPER CASE WRITING.
Most emails are titled HELP ME NOW, LOOK AT ME FIRST, HELP, IN TROUBLE and ect. We handle our emails in priority by date / time that they come in. Everyone is entitled to be treated fairly and equally.
Our operational hours vary depending on our content creation. Cathy and I are busy creating programming and much more that make The Crochet Crowd operational. Our emails are fit in between our programming.
