I can understand the use of nylon, but why would you use acrylic for socks? Acrylic, to me, isn’t absorbent, and I have people whose feet break out and blister if they get wet. Is there any good cotton for socks?

How real you are is the BEST part of The Crochet Crowd. Not many of us would admit what scares us in such a public forum. BUT, you putting it out there makes us all believe we can do it! 😀

I have knit socks and screw up the heal every time. But I still love them. I prefer to crochet, I started a set of crochet socks and got stuck on the heal and stopped. It is just sitting in my wip pile. I can’t wait to see the adult tutorials!!! I am so excited!!!!! I have so much sock yarn, I can now get started on my christmas gift plans. I can’t wait! Thank you so much
