Not sure what has happened, but I haven’t received an email from the Crochet Crowd since 2016-10-19.

    Do I need to re-subscribe?

Due to the high costs of using a mailing service that is sending out newsletters verses the amount of people actually opening and reading the newsletter, we deemed due to the high costs and the low readership, it wasn’t in our interest to continue investing in the time and money that we had been doing.

Does Mikey have a tutorial for the Jasmine stitch. I’m sure if he is teaching I will be able to understand it. I have watched some on u tube and I’m so confused.

Hello Mikey! I learned how to make the mermaid tail blanket by watching your youtube tutorial and I found it so easy to follow! Although i have to admit, I did make some modifications on the body – I used the seashell pattern – instead of your single crochet. But the mermaid tail is by far the best and easiest to make.
I made this blanket for my 5 year-old Great niece who, for the past three years, had battled childhood Leukemia and cancer (she’s just recently received a clean bill of health!). She’s such an inspiration in our family!
So, thank you for your help!

Thankyou for teaching me how to crochet Mikey. It helps me to relax ,and I will now never pick up another knitting needle as long as I live. You read out and said to my message on Sunday that you could totally relate to depression. You And Dan have helped. Your laughter and enthusiasm is so infectious.
Long may you continue to teach us how to crochet. And your car journey chats I love ,as well as your Stitch and .itches. Please keep them coming.
My husband’s a bit miffed ,as I took up your tips about hiding yarn balls .I’m surrounds by them, and when he opens a draw, one just happens to pop out !! Loops. Best wishes and many thanks again. Love Amanda. Uk

    Hi Mikey!
I learned to crochet at age 12, but in my later years became an addicted knitter.
Thanks to your wonderful tutorials and fun patterns, I find myself picking up my crochet hooks more and more. I recently did the crocheted entrelac on a baby blanket bound for a children’s home in Honduras. It came out beautifully!
There is always something new to learn!
