Newsletter Deliveries Problems

We used a newsletter delivery service that has spam protections built in. On occasion, you may not receive one or many of our newsletters even if you have subscribed. This is a result of something bigger than us and something blocking our emails from getting to you.

We can check our email system to ensure your address has been entered correctly, but chances are something along the path is diverting our emails. This is something we cannot control and beyond our capabilities of fixing. It’s frustrating for some people and unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you if this is happening.

We may opt to change the privacy policies at any time and without notice.
