Red Heart With Love
I am really excited by Red Heart With Love Yarn. I’ve been using this yarn for nearly a year and I have to say for me, that it has easily replaced Super Saver in my view. Super Saver has it’s advantages of being value priced. In yarn, you pay for what you get and this yarn isn’t much more than Super Saver.
The advantages to this product verses Super Saver is the fact that it is much softer. It’s a premium acrylic yarn. To me, if I am going to spend 40 or more hours crocheting an afghan. I prefer the yarn to be soft enough to satisfy me before I crochet it up. With Super Saver, sometimes it needs to be washed before using the final project which can affect the colours of the yarn. The yarn may soften but it isn’t guaranteed.
Don’t get me wrong, there’s a place for Super Saver in today’s marketplace, but I prefer With Love if I had a choice. I figured out that in one afghan, you may spend about $12 – $16 more for the yarn. It’s not a ‘bank breaker’ and certainly within a great budget point of view.
The final aspect about this product is that I love the fact the yarn line is so new that the colour line of approximately 40 colours are fresh and exciting. For that alone, I appreciate being able to crochet something that is more in trends with today.
