These super sweet crochet sneakers are baby booties sized for newborn to 3 months. Each of them takes about 1 hour to complete, and with the right colouring, you can make them customized to the family that will be gifted these crochet baby bootie sneakers.
The pattern was updated on June 30, 2025, to include changing the yarn to Red Heart Soft Baby Steps. The prototype was using Caron One Pound. The changed version is much softer for the baby's feet.

A matching blanket for this yarn is this following blanket.

The left and right sides are the same, as with the baby booties, so the foot shaping doesn't matter so much. If you put an emblem on the side, just put it on one side and the side that is considered outside if the baby is wearing them. Remember, with anything buttons and babies, I would recommend extremely strong upholstery thread.

- Look straight down and mark the centre single crochet at the front of the sole with a stitch marker.
- Count 3 single crochet over on each side side from the centre marker and mark both locations with a stitch marker.
Caution: Look at it again and ensure the 7 stitches that are used are directly in the front of the sole. The tongue of the sneaker will be using those 7 stitches.
