Learn how to make an easy-to-follow crochet Christmas tree skirt. Mikey needed two identical skirts for his Christmas tree arch. Using Bernat Blanket, this project will go fast and hide the hideous tree stands under the tree.
This is a great scrap yarn project to use up yarns that feel mismatched.

What is a Continuous Round?
This pattern uses a continuous join. Use stitch markers on the last stitch of each round to keep track. This avoids slip stitching.

Instructions
With A, ch 12. Join with sl st to beg ch to form ring.
1st rnd: RS. 24 sc in the ring. Do not join. 24 sc.
Top Tip
Place a stitch marker on the last stitch, and move it up at the end of each round to keep track. In the next round, carry on by stitching into the first sc.
2nd rnd: (1 hdc, 1 dc) in first st. 1 dc in next st. *2 dc in next st, 1 dc in next st. Rep from * around. 36 sts.
3rd rnd: *2 dc in next st, 1 dc in next 2 sts. Rep from * around. 48 sts.
4th rnd: *2 dc in next st, 1 dc in next 3 sts. Rep from * around. 60 sts.
