The Crochet Starbean Stitch combines stitches that separate the lattice itself and is designed for intentional, easy repetition.
This is an infinity cowl crocheted in scarf format, with the ends sewn to the scarf in a twist so it can never lie flat. On the mannequin, it is wrapped around the neck twice.
I really don't like color pooling as it can look like sin. So I like to combine two yarns that are both variegated, in this case, hand-dyed, so the color pooling is broken up and not obvious. One of the yarns is tones of blue, while the other is a rainbow mix of colors. Sometimes, they are blue together for a richer pop of color.
