Virgin Voyages offers a ridiculously fun program called VHS Workout. A nod back to the 1980s, where sailors are encouraged to wear neon workout gear. Under the black lights, the neon glows and with that, Mikey set himself on a mission to make a couple of sets of gear. Daniel's is the same pattern but different colours. You will be looking for neon-based colours for this.
The goal is simple: to create easy-to-make items in one night, since time is limited, and it's a last-minute accessory to throw into the suitcase.
All three items are available in one download. This is the VHS Workout Crochet Gear pattern.

Create the elastic bangles first.
Measure around your wrist, cut with a 1” overlap and sew the elastic closed. Ensure there is no pressure on your wrist, as this is preventing the crochet bangle from overstressing.
The bangles and headband are using Double Linked Herringbone Stitch in the rounds. They are continuous rounds with no slip-stitching to join each round, for a really pleasing effect.
With B, ch 18. Insert the beginning of the ch through the centre of the bangle elastic. Join with sl st to beg ch to form ring.
As you crochet the maining of the bangle, the bangle elastic will be trapped inside.
1st rnd: Ch 1. 1 hdc in the same st as join. Begin double link herringbone stitch using last hdc and next empty ch. Double link herringbone stitch around the remainder of the round by using the last herringbone st and the next empty ch. Do not join. Work in a continuous circle so there are no slip stitches. 18 sts.
2nd rnd to end: Double link herringbone bone stitch around and continue until the tube shape is as long as you need to sew the ends together. There will always be 18 sts in the rounds.

When long enough, sew the two ends together, and the elastic is hidden on the inside of the bangle.
