The Crochet Full Spectrum Braided Pumpkin uses the Red Heart All In One Granny Square Grande version of yarn. You will use a half ball to make this version.
With the latest yarn innovation and inspired by Repeat Crafter Me, I wondered what my own pumpkin would look like if I let the colours flow that are intentionally designed for granny squares.
I made a couple of changes to the original pattern, that are the following:
- I used a 4.5 mm / G/6 crochet hook.
- I used the large pumpkin version.
- Using the miniature pumpkin version stem instead.
- The pumpkin is 9" in diameter by 5" tall without the stem.
- The vines are made of yarn from the exact ball I pulled to make each one a solid-coloured vine.
- Brand is Red Heart All In One Granny Square Grande. Colour is called Full Spectrum. Half of a ball is needed.

Inspired by Repeat Crafter Me
Sarah from Repeat Crafter Me created a pumpkin using Red Heart All In One Granny Square Grande yarn. I was so inspired by how well it turned out that I wondered what would happen with one of my crochet pumpkin patterns.
