Thanks for visiting my website, TheCrochetCrowd.com. I've been crocheting since I was 14 years old and genuinely excited by yarn and projects to crochet. Serving the globe has it's challenges in reaching audiences of difference languages and cultures but it's remarkable all the same. One of the best elements of crochet is that yarn and project ideas know no borders. Join our learning channel on YouTube, look up "How to Crochet with The Crochet Crowd" and our entire free library of tutorials is waiting for you to enjoy. Subscribe to our channel to be the first to know when new projects are released.

    Hi Mikey,
This is Sophia from Tabitha crafts. You remember me? you had an article about us on you early newsletter…

I thank you so much for the 24 free crochet lessons on YouTube. I recommend it to many people here in Kerala, India. Those were my beginnings… now I am a crochet teacher..I teach for free as I also got it free..
Your way is very different and easy I thank God for showing me your videos in my beginnings.. I am telling it specifically because when people ask me how I learned crochet I say though YouTube video tutorial…every will say WOW! with a doubt…and people who already tried YouTube videos tell me that video tutorials are confusing or not easy to follow. Then I recommend them to watch Crochet Crowd’s… its nice to watch your videos..

    Thanks a lot.

Bang On Mikey. I have to tell you, I’ve been crocheting for less than a year but have made 7 large afghans (all different patterns and types of yarn). All my family and friends have asked how I learned to do this and I’ve said, I’ve taught myself by watching YouTube videos. I’ve been disingenuous in this…it has been primarily you, Mikey, who has taught me to crochet. I am so thankful for your patient, down to earth and easy to understand tutorials!!!! They have taught me so much and helped me to pick up a hobby that has brought me great pleasure that will last a lifetime.

I’m so happy for you for your continued success; you deserve. I hope you and Daniel have a great and happy 2015!!!
