Crocheters requested a crochet version of Hot Frosty's Scarf from the Netflix Movie. I knitted up the original sample using the Seeded Knit Stitch to evaluate the stitches. I determined that crocheting on the front bar using half-double crochet would create a similar look.

2nd row: Ch 1. 1 sc in first st. 1 hdc in each front bar of hdc below until the 2nd last st. 1 sc in last hdc. Turn.
3rd row: Ch 1. 1 sc in first sc. 1 hdc in each front bar of the hdc below until 2nd last st. 1 sc in last hdc. Turn.
Rep 3rd row 8 more times. Fasten off. Weave in ends.
