Entrelac Afghan + Video Tutorial

Entrelac Crochet is the art of creating gorgeous afghans that have boxed shapes that grow with each other. The concept is really easy once you understand the concept and stitch counts.

I've filmed a video showing the step by step process of creating an Entrelac Crochet Afghan. In the original pattern, you will see the edges are in points. In the last bit of my video tutorial, I show you how to make the edges straight as it's more desirable amongst crocheters.

You may become addicted to this concept... I know I am 'hooked'!

Download the PDF Pattern to Follow. The pattern is using Caron Cakes but the method is still the same.

I found this quite hard to master, I've watched the video about 4-5 times to get the required look, I think this is down to me. Loved the video, but In some places you can't see which stitch you put it in as the project is in the way. Can't wait to try the bigger version x

I have been very reluctant to try this because it looked great but I thought it would be hard to do, I was wrong thanks to Mikey and his video it's not hard to do at all

Bang on Mikey. I look for your video tutorials when I need help. I like the larger entrelac squares so i experimented with 10 and 12 stitches across and 10 lines up a down.. I am currently making a lapghan with the 10 stitch square. Thanks Mikey 🙂
