Let them know they are number one with your hooting and hollering, supported by a hand to slip over your hand and forearm. Karen's is not a proficient crocheter as she's still learning but was able to accomplish making one of these for herself. When you are determined enough, you can accomplish most anything.
You will find the instructions for Karen's #1 Fan Giant Finger pattern below.

Karen loves to scream at the TV as if she's in the bleachers and the team can hear her. In person at a game, she's a yeller! She's right in there on the gameplay.
She adapted the pillow to remove the gusset and made small changes, including double-stranding Caron One Pound yarn.

FINISHING Surface Slip Stitch Embroidery
With RS of front facing piece, join A with sl st to lower right corner where embroidery design begins. (See diagram). Taking care to not work tightly to prevent buckling, and keeping working yarn to WS, work surface sl st as follows: *Insert hook through next st and draw up a loop through loop on hook. Rep from * to work surface slip stitch embroidery on front. Fasten off.
Assembly
Seaming Front and Back
With MC and RS facing, sl st embroidered piece facing WS of the second piece, join with sl st at the bottom right corner of the bottom edge. Ch 1, sc in same st, sc evenly around the hand ending at the bottom left corner of bottom edge. Fasten off.
Weave in ends. Once secure, flip right-side out through the bottom opening and shape accordingly.
