Crochet Textured Granny Baby Blanket

The crochet Textured Granny Baby Blanket is something I came up with because I love the simplicity of a granny square, but don't like the big holes it creates.  I thought, what can and do a bit different and this is what was I came up with.  I have a couple other projects using this same stitch that I will release soon.

I created this one as a from the middle square using Bernat® Bundle Up™ yarn.  I created a check off list you can print and follow if you like my color design, but honestly, any colors and designs will work!  Just match your hook to your yarn and you will be good to go.  This is a great project when you are relaxing with tv or chatting with others.

Love the textured Granny Baby Blanket. I have a request, could Mikey or Jeanne do a tutorial on the Bernat Lounge Around Crochet Blanket Hoodie? The no. is BRC0429-030140M December 19, 2020. It says it's an Easy pattern but I think it is more an intermediate. Yes I did a gauge swatch. I was using Bernat Blanket and the pattern calls for Bernat Blanket Twist, maybe that's an issue but I wouldn't think so.
    Thanks for all you do.

What is it about the pattern that is confusing you so I understand your request more clearly.
