Thank you for this great collection. The blankets I've been making for loveys are even smaller than these. I hope they're big enough. Yikes!
I've also been using small doily patterns (or snowflakes or motifs) for the center and then using a variety of rounds after that (besides the traditional solid dc round, I also do sc rounds, V-stitch rounds, and cluster-stitch rounds). This gives the blanket a more lacy look. Since I'm making these for Texas babies, they don't typically need a heavy or dense blanket.
Anyway, I really appreciate you finding all these great patterns. Even if I don't follow them exactly, they provide lots of inspiration.
