Thanks for visiting my website, TheCrochetCrowd.com. I've been crocheting since I was 14 years old and genuinely excited by yarn and projects to crochet. Serving the globe has it's challenges in reaching audiences of difference languages and cultures but it's remarkable all the same. One of the best elements of crochet is that yarn and project ideas know no borders. Dela and Mikey, It’ so neat to know that Via Rail goes all the way to Vancouver! My brother has a cabin in western Ontario where we can watch the trains go by as we enjoy our vacations there. I always take my crochet and handwork with me when I go and would love to go across Canada on Via Rail! How wonderful that they have these programs.

As a child my Mother took us on a train several times. I have never forgotten it. I get so anxious if I have to fly that I really avoid ever having to. The train is so enjoyable. I would love to do it again! It is so relaxing and comfortable, it gives you freedom which a plane can’t. Yes, it is much slower but that’s what is great about it. You really enjoy the ride to wherever you are going 🙂
