The Crochet American Flag is crocheted with Aunt Lydias. Designed for beginners, this flag is four different sizes. Those sizes include the following dimensions, 9 x 14.5", 18 x 28.5", 22.5 x 35.75" and 27 x 43".
For the sizes, the small steel crochet hook is for the smallest size and the other three sizes are using a C and E size crochet hook.
Using Aunt Lydia's Thread, the flag will have a beautiful drape to it. The stars are glued on with white craft glue. There are 50 stars on the flag but you need to make 100 stars. The flag is double sided and therefore you will glue 50 on the front and 50 on the back of the flag. If you are opting to display it without turning it around, you probably can get away with just doing one side.
Consider doing a family heirloom with this flag to hand it to the generations behind you. Leave a piece of you in the flag for people you love to have. If you are going to hand it down, I would put the stars on both sides as the next generation may display it differently.

Do you have a tutorial for the American Flag? I never learned how to read the patterns and usually follow your videos. Thank you
