Popping Bobbles Stitch

This Popping Bobbles Stitch appears in a free pattern called the Textured Crochet Blocks Afghan. It is 1 of 6 motifs that are required for that pattern.

The Popping Bobbles are extremely 3D. It's really quite cool!

To complete this pattern, there are a total of two sets of bobbles that are slightly offset from each other. The instructions give the details of where the bobbles should fall into place.

To make your project bigger, the multiples are in sets of 4 sts + 1 ch.

Personal Note: I thought it was going to be harder than it is. Once you start the carrying of the yarn for the bobbles is a bit of a personal handling issue. Once you get used to it, it becomes quick and quicker.

To do this pattern as per the afghan instructions.
