In surfing for something not boring and to keep my hands moving during stitch night with the girls, I chose Bernat Cowl as my project. I'm not complaining, but the most challenging part about Stitch Group is paying attention long enough to count the beginning chain without getting wrapped up in gossip, especially if the gossip is HOT! HOT! HOT!
I used Red Heart Super Saver Jumbo yarn in Bright Stripe for my session just for 'kicks and giggles'. I felt engaged with the project while absorbing all the local news the girls were sharing.
To change the design, the stitch chain multiples are in 2. Just chain and even number and you are good to go!
I call this underestimated as the stitchwork looks more complicated than it is. If you know how to do a chain, single crochet and treble crochet... you're all set!
This pattern made me super happy. Feel the joy in stitching.
