Crochet a thread doily with the Study of Rage Crochet Doily. This consists of 36 rounds and with thread, will make a 15" diameter doily.
Juliana Meilton crocheted this version to see how a large-size lapghan blanket will turn into a doily.
The name of this series was generated through the raw emotion of being very upset and couldn't focus. Filled with rage, Mikey channelled his anger into a design and stayed offline to bring himself back in balance. The original was designed and crocheted on the same day. He was that upset. From. The rage emerged beauty in the end.
The original was the Study of Rage Lapghan version using Red Heart Super Saver Brushed yarn. The original was 38" in diameter. Designed for a lapghan format with medium #4 worsted yarn.

Samurai St 4 = Samurai Stitch. Sk next st. 1 dc in the next 3 sts. Yoh and wrap around the last 3 dc posts from front to back. Insert into skipped st. Pull up a loop and extend slack with the loop so the three posts are slightly compressed together and a loop lays across the posts. (Yoh and pull through 2 loops) twice.
Samurai St 5 = Samurai Stitch. Sk next st. 2 dc in next st, 1 dc in the next 2 sts. Yoh and wrap around the last 4 dc posts from front to back. Insert into skipped st. I would love to make this but I’m technically challenged. How do I get a printed version of this off this website?
Mikey says
Pattern is still being tested. Once I know for sure this is solid, I will generate a PDF for download. Until then, it's read on screen only. I'm sorry.

Thank you for the PDF! I’m off to get this started! Been looking for a project to work on during my lunch break and usually I have about 15-20 min to work on something. This will be perfect!
