I am looking for Limeade caron yarn.

Have you tried contacting Yarnspirations? They make this yarn and would know where it is sold or if it's out of stock or been discontinued.

Hello Mikey,
I purchased several skeins of Caron One pound online @ Joann's in multiple colors. I have one color (Azure) that looks like the Caron simply soft yarn. It is softer and more lustrous than the other color skeins: Hosta, Canal and Aqua. I want to order more but I can not tell from the photos if the item is the same. Are you aware of Caron One pound yarns that have the same look and feel as Caron simply soft?
Mikey says
The new Caron Ombre feels much closer. The acrylic used isn't the same. Caron Simply Soft is Premium Acrylic (better quality), which is reflected in the pricing of this brand. Caron One Pound is Value Acrylic so they can sell it at $10 bucks. If Caron One Pound was premium acrylic, the yarn ball would most likely be double the price but just as soft. People generally are very value-conscious, a premium acrylic in a 1 pound weight would most likely collect dust on shelves as people don't realize the difference of the quality and see a ball size and make assumptions. It's really too bad though, I think you are onto something in thought here, but I think realistically, (this yarn being American), would likely not be purchased at this quality level.

Is the yarn in the Caron one pounder century collection thicker than the Caron one pounder?
Mikey says
No it should be the same. It's just a different colour palette.
