Bernat Bricks Blanket
This easy Bernat Bricks Blanket is super quick using Bernat Blanket Yarn. This yarn is ultra-thick and intended for making chunky and lightweight home decor blankets.
Bernat Blanket comes in two formats. As in the pattern, it is the standard Bernat Blanket Yarn. There is also Bernat Baby Blanket yarn. What is the difference?
The difference between the two is the colour palette. You can mix and match both brands together as the yarn weight and yardage are the same. The difference is that the baby version has colours suitable for the baby that are either fun and bright or light and pastel colours. There are several colours to choose from.
In the original format, as in the pattern provided, the colours are darker and have a wide range of colours that punch or colours that are more subtle and neutral. We each have our own preferences and the number of colours that are available lends itself to meet the needs of many for their own personal colour choices.

The video for Right hand Bernat Brick Stitch has an error that makes it sound like you crochet 3 then crochet 4 for a total of 7 right at the beginning of row 1. It should just say crochet 4. After I got to the end of row 2 things did not look right so I referred to the pattern found the error, ripped out and started over.
