Put some TV time to use and give yourself a break from stitch samplers or more significant projects to provide an instant gratification type of crochet project. The Chain Link Scarf pattern is a scarf that can be done in an evening.

I got Bernat Wavelength from a clearance sale at Yarnspirations and have been dying to figure out what to do with it. With the transitions this yarn offers, I wanted to let the colour speak for itself without overcomplicating the design to diminish the stitch definition.

This type of stitch combination is primarily crochet chain work,, so there aren't many extra movements with the crochet hook. It just magically works up on your lap as the evening goes on.

I reduced the hook so the stitches are tighter and showcase the stitch definition well.

Bernat Wavelength, (140 g/5 oz, 204 meters/223 yards)

A - Citron Marble - 1 Ball

Hook: 4.5 mm, US. 7.

Match the hook to the yarn ball band recommendation if substituting.

  • Rep = Repeat
  • Sc = Single crochet
