Mikey's Grey Matters Beanie Crochet Hat has been added to our sock-yarn beanie crochet hats. Crocheted with a 3 mm / D/11 crochet hook with Patons Kroy Sock Yarn in Grey Marl, this hat is easy to make and fits ever so perfectly. It's gender-neutral, and with the wool properties of this yarn, it's one to keep the chill off. If you prefer, you will have extra yarn to make the brim longer.
Materials
Size: Average Adult. This will shape your head and fall to the bottom of your earlobes.
You can make it longer, as you will have nearly a full ball of a second ball, or you can extend it lower by adding more brim.

Instructions
Notes:
- Due to the size of the stitches, it’s easy to skip a stitch accidentally. You may have skipped a stitch by accident if your counts are incorrect.
- The hat is worked in a continuous circle, with the stitch marker at the end of each round moved up to ensure accurate counts.
- The starting of each round is slightly different to prevent the growth of the hat from being obvious.
Create an adjustable ring (magic circle).
Use 8 sc inside the ring.
