Knit Caron Cupcakes Hat

Yarnspirations has the knitted instructions for the Caron Cupcakes pattern on the ball band of the package of the yarn. The instructions are small to read but thanks to Yarnspirations, I have provided you with a blown-up version of the same instructions.

I won't have a tutorial for this hat.

Is there a mistake in the knitted pattern for the caron cupcake knitted toque. It says to decrease one stitch on last row of ribbing. If so where in row and would you decrease and would you do it on the knit or purl in the ribbing. I don't understand why it would only be decreasd by one. I did it on the two purl and after the 48th stitch as I had the size with 98 stitches and it looks funny.

    Please let me know

    Thanks Marcia

Thank you. I couldn't read the pattern on the label because of small/faint print. I am going to knit this hat for my granddaughter.

Just curious...new to knitting. Is this hat worked in the round?

This pattern is worked like a flat panel, then sew center back seam. - LJ
