This is so sweet; it makes my teeth hurt. Pantouffles, the kitty, is back, showing their new cat bed/lounge. I bet the can opener may make it move! Get the Crochet Cat Chaise Lounge pattern right now.
Katherine, the original cat sofa designer, took notes from the last cat couch, which I have linked below. The cost of the foam can be a real problem. Katherine simplified the foam and provided in the design how to cut the foam so there is less waste. It takes less foam, too, so that's cost savings itself.
Pantouffles is a French kitty. Pantouffles is French for Slippers. As you will see linked below, the design is probably the most comprehensive one I have ever seen come from Yarnspirations. It uses bright colours from Red Heart Super Saver in Pretty'n Pink and Minty.
The design includes step-by-step tutorial demonstrations in photographic tutorial format. I don't think this needs a step-by-step tutorial, as I believe the instructions are so well written.

Need Another Cat Bed
This is the original Crochet Cat Sofa. Pantouffles is just relaxing after a big meal. Katherine says her kitty loves her couches. It's not hard to get their photo with the sofa.

I want to make a rectangular ottoman extension to attach to the end of the chaise. I have a diva kitty who likes to “extend and drape” herself out in all her glory…lol. Can anyone point me to pattern and foam dimension assistance to help me make this happen? Thanks for your help in advance, it’s very appreciated.

I'm sorry, the designer never provided that in the pattern. I've not done it myself to know the measurements and specifics you need. You may need to just improvise this for your own needs. Just play with your hook and see what you can develop.
