I love this crochet pillow called the Catch A Wave Crochet Pillow. I love the size, simplicity and especially, the whimsical wave in this graphghan 'like' concept.
This is featuring the brand new yarn by Yarnspirations called Bernat Maker Home Dec. I've come to love this yarn. I love the speed of working with this yarn and the feel of it.
To help you further, I have completed a detailed tutorial for graphic work such as this. The tutorial has been designed to teach you about doing graphghans and pictorial work. There are 7 major steps in this type of concept, with micro lessons in each—everything from considerations of the design, planning, yarn techniques and more.
With this lovely yarn, you can make this project as your test ground and have an incredible home decor project.

Dear Mikey, I have never written to you before although I have followed you and Deva Dan for over a year. Just read your comment ( July 2 ) about the pillow. Many times I've gotten peeved about peoples' comments to you- so many requests for details that are either available in your info or easily available with just a little effort. So many people seem to be lazy. They want EVERYTHING handed to them with no effort on their part. They are basically good people. I think it is just a sign of the times. Please don't take it so personally. You do a fantastic job! If you cater to their every demand or complaint, you will just encourage them to continue. You can't please everyone and don't do yourself any favors blaming yourself. Look how it piles up on you over time. You do a magnificent service.. With love to you both from an old lady. Sue
I should probably have put this on your web site
