Crochet Pooling Infinity Scarf

Have your variegated yarn pool together to make this Pooling Infinity Scarf. It's important for colour pooling that gauge is critical to maintaining the pooling. So ensure you do a gauge check. The gauge of this pattern is 22 sts x 20 rows.

You may want to practice with gauging just to be sure you are getting it right.

Mikey. I live in Springfield, Illinois , which , although it is the capitol of Illinois, is th back Of beyonds when it comes to new yarn . I have searched in every yarn shop we have here , that’s Joann’s , Michaels , and Hobby Lobby , to show you how barren it is , and can’t find the new pooling yarn . My fingers itch to get hold of it . Any ideas ? I’m handicapped and don’t drive .

I'm unsure as I am Canadian and here in Nova Scotia, Canada. We have only 1 option and that is Michaels. Yarnspirations doesn't have a Pooling Yarn so it's not something I have paid attention to the brand about. So the new pooling yarn is probably Red Heart or Lion Brand. For us here, most of our shopping is either Michaels, Walmart and many of us online shop. I know it's not ideal but most of my yarn comes through the mail.

Caron Simply Soft has a couple yarns that will color pool. Caron is made by Spinrite which is IN Canada, and in the US as well. The one I used was a Caron Simply Soft Stripes. It was beautiful. There are also lots of tutorials online about how to check if a yarn is color pooling or not. So just because a particular yarn does not say "color pooling" doesn't mean it isn't. I often have unplanned pooling in my yarns.... If I can be of more help, LMK.
