Top 20 Crochet Blogs Starting 2025 Globally Are... I'm Surprised

What crochet designers do you trust the most!? Feedspot is a platform that regulates the popularity, overall operations, content building and metric analytics that go unseen.

To be frank, 2024 has been a Mr Toad Wild Ride of navigating where a crochet host, channel and blog fits into the mix. With the introduction of AI, the challenge we have never faced is the front door. I have been through very dark and low places in most of 2024, trying to figure out what is next. I still don't know the answer in 2025.

I had a personal mission to design more. In 2024, I created 102 patterns that have been published. I didn't have a goal; I knew I had to develop more and push myself to work alongside Yarnspirations. I also needed to create my pathway to prove that I am more than just a teacher; I understand design and how to do it.

Honestly, this morning is the first time I have counted, and I am pretty surprised, to be honest. I don't feel pride in that number as it's never enough. That's myself beating myself up as I am the worst critic. It's probably why I hurt my hands in 2024, as I am teaching Yarnspirations projects and developing and creating my whole samples of projects. Many projects I have designed also have crochet diagram support, which I do myself as well. The average crocheter only makes 3 to 7 projects a year.

Crochet Bloggers

Bloggers are a special type of human. Partially nuts I am sure but also the sense of giving over our own lives to enrich others. Though I have no kids, I feel like a piece of me will be left behind. People learning crochet from my content today will eventually move on into another generation where the starting point, myself and other crochet bloggers, are responsible for the initial stages. Still, our names will be lost in time.

Mickey! CONGRATULATIONS! This does not come as a surprise to me. You are wonderfully talented, personable, driven to succeed, have a lovely supportive partner, and are wildly interesting, unique, and FUN! Fun matters! On top of that you are adorable! I adore your patterns. They are always well done, thoughtfully executed and beautiful when completed. A hearty well done! My good man. You are very deserving of this accolade!
