Poinsettia Granny Square + Tutorial

Poinsettia Granny Square
Poinsettia Granny Square

Poinsettia Granny Square

I was really inspired for a Poinsettia looking granny square and recognized a design concept from the Yarnspirations library that could be modified to pull off the idea.

The original pattern is called the Elegant Floral Afghan. You can see for yourself the look if you want to go for that type of afghan.

I've been working with a lot of Caron Simply Soft Party Yarn lately. I was inspired to make the same square look like a poinsettia. A decent size afghan with this square would be about 20 squares.

Thanks for the lovely pattern...not 100% sure, but I believe there is an error on step 5...that first double triple should be a triple...if it is supposed to match all the same steps that follow...forgive me if I am missing something here, and thanks again, made a cute pillow!

I really enjoy all your hard work!! I am wondering if I'm missing a step between 4 & 5. How are the poinsettias attached? Thanks for any help!
