Winning Crochet Afghan Projects at the County Fair
Some of our crocheters love to enter in their crochet projects to their local county fair. Some of them do it for the fun of it and others are pretty competitive. Many of our free tutorials which have the links to the free patterns have won awards at the fair.

I get what people say, “Oh I should have won and blah blah blah blah!” It’s hard to not get the ribbon you want but I have a firm belief, you cannot win unless you try.
For myself, knowing my personality can get hurt by being judged. I tend not to enter these types of competitions in the fear of being judged and it not meeting my expectations. I would rather not ruin my day.

I’m not going to guarantee that you will win but the selections below have been entered in by crocheters and have brought in prizes included first prize and best over all in the category.
