Crochet A Baby Blanket
Learn how to crochet this simple baby blanket that is 36" x 36" square. It's super easy.
This afghan uses Caron United Yarn. I have used 2 Skeins of Navy and 2 Skeins of Yellow to make this. The great thing about this yarn is that 15 cents of each skeins purchased buys scholarships for the Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation®. In fact, my version is being donated to the World's Largest Christmas Stocking as it matches the sizing of 36" x 36" square that is needed for the stocking.
You should note, based on the 4 skeins I had done for this size, I couldn't have got this blanket to be any bigger. I used as much yarn as I could to have it finish off to be 36" square.
For my pattern, I substituted an existing Yarnspirations pattern called From The Middle Baby Blanket. In fact, you can use the same video tutorial as the stitch work is identical.
For the Caron United Yarn Version above, you will need a Size H or 5 mm Crochet Hook.
