This Bold Angles Pillow Pattern is a great project for those interesting in learning how to do graphghans. You know the projects with the pictures inside a project. This is using Caron Simple Soft yarn.
The geometric shape of the pattern inside the front face of the pillow will help you begin to learn how to read graphghans as well as learning how to change colours as you move along each row.
Each colour requires Bobbins. Those are individual yarn balls. For example, you see the green triangles, those are strands from two different yarn balls. BUT... let me give you a tip. If I were you, I would grab the strand of the inside of a ball for one triangle and then grab a strand from the outside of the same ball for the other triangle. This way, you don't have to make an additional ball and can use the ball for both.
The graph is included with the free pattern. Have fun with this design.

Dear Mickey! Thank you for your hard beautiful helpful work! I like your videos very much. I'm starting to make graphghan. And have couple of questions. What kind of yarn or thread is better to use for the portrait. And how many maximum colors better to keep on the cord. And what is your suggestions to keep yarn proper, etc.. [email protected] Thanks?
