Personal Background
Jonathan Van Ness has a TV show called Getting Curious. The series opened my eyes to understand lifestyles I don't have a lot of exposure to. Their show broadened my horizons to understand the different lifestyle genres finally. I was struggling with the concept of trans with the pronouns and more.
Jonathan finally put it into terms in one of the episodes that finally got me past my barrier. I may be part of the 2SLBGT+IA community, but it doesn't mean we understand each other within our same community. I've got more to learn.
Truly, regardless of your lifestyle choices, every human is trying to get from birth to the end with as little mental and emotional damage as possible. For some, the struggle, regardless of who you are, will never let up; for others, the journey itself has its ups and downs. Speaking for me, it's a rollercoaster for nearly everyone. We are all trying to find a way to feel like we belong.
