Can anyone who has made this please tell me what I might have done wrong? My two pieces to not fit together like picture don't know if short one is too short or long one is too long. Does anyone have measurements for each piece once the single crocheted parts are added? It might be I braided them too tight/too loose? Any help would be appreciated!

Are you planning on a video for the braided cowl?
Mikey, The Crochet Crowd says
No we are not. It's a copyright pattern. I don't have legal permission to do so.

Is there any way you could maybe help with certain parts of the directions? I learn better by watching videos, I have a hard time reading some directions and these have confused me. I have finished the first 4 pieces and after that I am befuddled. If you can, great, if not I understand. Thank you
