The Crochet Herringbone Blanket pattern is an easy repeat once the foundation of the stitching is solidified.

The pattern has the herringbone section completed first and then the Single Crochet bands are crocheted to both ends of the blanket afterwards.

Finally, the trim of the entire blanket and fringe is applied. Of course, if fringe isn't your thing, you don't have to add it.

Michael, is there a way you can change that neon green print to darker non neon color please! I'm older & have 2 eye blinding diseases so those neon & light colors are almost invisible to me! I'd like to be included in being able to read & navigate your blog! Thank you

Beautiful pattern! But is there a way to see what yarn is needed without downloading the pattern or viewing the tutorial first?

Let them think on that. I am trying not to rewrite the pattern on the blog because if the pattern changes, then my article is wrong which compiles into a ton of complaints for inaccuracy. Leave it with me. I have to think about that as the repercussions for any misinforming come at me fast and furious each day. That was requested on YouTube as well for people to know more without having to click the links of the details we have. I am providing more details on YouTube but of course, everything is subject to change without warning.

Thanks for replying, Mikey! Don't know if it would be an issue, but I think if just the yarn weight is provided that would really help.
