The Crochet Herringbone Blanket pattern is an easy repeat once the foundation of the stitching is solidified.

The pattern has the herringbone section completed first and then the Single Crochet bands are crocheted to both ends of the blanket afterwards.

Finally, the trim of the entire blanket and fringe is applied. Of course, if fringe isn't your thing, you don't have to add it.

I love this stitch. I have made a sweater and a shawl after I learned this stitch.

Is using different color of yarn possible with this pattern or will it be ugly??

Up to you. Colour is personal and up to your own personal choices. I don't like yellow but others love it. Do what you think you would love the most.

Hi! I was glancing at this pattern and a few others here on your channel. I am wondering if you have a pattern that's fit for a king size bed? Thanks in advance!

Not usually but that's because many afghans have a multiple repeat where you can adjust the sizing, so they make it a throw size knowing we can adjust it. The yarn quantities won't be known. For myself, I don't have a king-size here at home, I just know dimensions. You would just need to figure out the multiples for the pattern and make the starting chain big enough for the king-size and also in the same multiple to keep the stitches insyc.
