The Crochet Waves and Leaves Blanket is a fantastic fall blanket for your home decor. I love the way the waves work in this one.

The wave is something I have never done or thought of before. With plateau tops with an easy valley. The way the double treble clusters work to make the pop off leaves is really ingenious.

There is a crochet diagram to follow as well.

I need help. The tutorial covers 1 multiple of 15, when repeating do I need to (on the bottom v parts of the hills) do I need to do 5 doubles together then on the next bottom v part of the hill do 3 together. Or is it 5 doubles together the entire blanket and only 3 doubles on the first and last hills?

This pattern is beautiful but challenging. I have made 2-part check points every 15 stitches and I still keep making mistakes. I have to frog just about every row and a half. I’ve been working on this 9 days and only made 21 rows. How can I overcome this? I tried faking corrections instead of frogging but they didn’t help.
