Hi Mikey, I'd like to crochet a backpack aka knapsack but I'd like to use Bernat Handicraft yarn. Do you have such a pattern? I've used your market bag tutorial & thought you might be able to help. Thx

I did a search at Yarnspirations and found there are a few backpack patterns. Here is one that caught my eye.

I have seen backpacks made out of what looks like grocery bags but they attach straps, like you might use on a hand bag only wider, to one side of it. I think it would be pretty easy to do. I am commenting because I am thinking of making it myself. It sounds easy to me. I'm thinking of using a Tunisian stitch pattern for the strap. Just thought I'd share "my" idea. Good luck to you. ✌??????

Hello, Mikey I have really learnt a lot from watching your tutorials on YouTube. I have just watched your tutorial on How to Line Your Bag. I wanted to make the Crochet Textured Tote from Yarnspirations and also line it. My question is how many metres of fabric did you use to line the bag?
