Crochet Bundle of Love Blanket
Have you tried the Bernat Home Bundle yarn yet? I love how this yarn creates an amazing crochet project in very little time. The yarn does all the work so it does not need any fancy stitches. This Bundle of Love Blanket only took me 12 hours to crochet.
This blanket is just full of softness and texture. The single crochet stitches are worked into chain spaces, so don't be afraid of working with the fuzzy yarns. I made this while watching the tv, as it hooked up so easily. But if you prefer, you could crochet the entire afghan with any of the Bernat Blanket yarns. In fact, the Bernat Blanket Stripes would be a fun choice too.

The finished size is 54" x 72". I needed a large blanket as it's a gift for my 6'2" son. If you prefer something a bit smaller, you could use 6 balls and your finished blanket will be 48" x 62".
In my blanket, I used 4 balls of the Cream Demin Blue and 4 balls of the Brown Denim Blue. I used 1 ball of the Cream until if ran out, then 1 ball of the Brown. After that, I used the remaining 3 balls of Cream, finishing up with the 3 balls of Brown.

Hi Jeanne, I was wondering how to calculate the yarn needed if I want to make this blanket with a 4 weight yarn instead of the suggested 6. Do you have any advice?
Thanks,
Jean

I have started a similar blanket in #4 yarn, but it will be a while before it's done. Sc is a yarn eater, so depending on how big you need it, it will take several skeins.

I have looked everywhere for the "cream denim blue and brown denim blue bernat yarn. Do you know where I can purchase this item? If you do not know where to purchase it, can you tell me the weight of the yarn and how many yards are on the skein? thanks so much
