Crochet Let the Games Begin Hat
A great new versatile pattern is the Canada Peak Hats that are extremely fun to change the colours. The uniqueness of the striping in the pattern allows you to change the colours and be patriotic. You can experiment with your colours to create your own country's flag. This is the Let The Games Begin Hat Pattern.
This pattern is using Schachenmayr SMC Boston Yarn. You only need 4 skeins to pull this off. The main colour needs 2 skeins while the other colours just need a little bit from each skein. This yarn is considered a bulky weight yarn. If you are substituting your yarn, insure that it's chunky.
The Boston yarn is a mix of 70% acrylic and 30% virgin wool. Speaking bluntly. I haven't seen a yarn like this one. It's incredibly soft and extremely durable. This is perfect for the outdoorsy and trendy person that will wear these hats.
