I really love this design and want to try it, and the self-striping with the Caron Cotton Cakes is perfect, especially the lovely colors in the hollyhock. But it seems that Caron Cotton Cakes is all sold out in most colors. Do you have a substitute cake style yarn that you would recommend?

im a little confused on goal 2... shouldnt goal 3 and 2 be switched? picket fences then popcorn? i looked at the picture of the completed shawl and thats what it looks like goal 3 ( picket fences ) was done before goal 2 ( popcorn )
