We are currently working on the logistics and setup for the Yarn Keepers Quest Crochet Retreat, located near Knoxville, Tennessee. It's our first time staying in the central region instead of choosing the East or West Coast. We will be renting the entire resort for a dedicated crochet experience.
Our agent, Sherry Leybovich, will take care of all our needs before and during the retreat.

When We Are Ready - Notifications
We can email you to let you know the bookings are open before the public knows. Click the notify me button to fill in the form.
We can only sleep 56 people total. There are accessibility options, such as the Hobbit Houses you see here, as well as tree houses. The theme of our party will be The Lord of the Rings, and we encourage you to wear costumes to immerse yourself in the theme.
Each accommodation has its own theme. Our agent will surprise you.
Accessibility
For those with accessibility needs, assuming they are not already booked with another guest already having the room(s), you will be staying in the village portion, while those who can walk up flights of stairs can stay in the tree houses.
We are arranging a pre-resort party at a local yarn shop called Hook & Needle for the kickoff bash. Those driving can drive there.
If you drive, you can park at the resort. For those flying in, we are meeting at a hotel the day before. We will take you by coach to the pre-resort bash party. Those driving can drive there. After the bash party, the coach guests will continue to the resort, and those driving can meet us there.
There Will Be 2 Retreats Back to Back
Choose one or the other; you cannot do both.
Retreat 1: Will be shorter in duration and more accommodating for those who cannot take much time off. 3 Nights.
Retreat 2: Will be longer. 4 Nights.
We anticipate taking you off-site for excursion(s) within the region, such as Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.
Of course, we will have your yarn and swag shipped to the resort, along with the activities/workshops.
Locals Welcome
We will have spaces for locals who can come from home for breakfast, lunch, and supper, then go home to sleep and return the next day.
Tentative Scheduling
May 2027 is the potential date right now. We anticipate having the resort for an extended period. Check-in at the resort is 4 pm. For the turnaround reset, guests arriving for the second retreat need time to reset. We will be going back to the pre-resort hotel to gather you and kick off with another bash party at Hook & Needle Yarn Shop and bring you to the resort. Locals are also welcome for the longer retreat as well.
There is One Thing to Consider
Each hobbit house or tree house has only 1 king bed. If you prefer to sleep on your own, be aware that you are renting the entire room to yourself.
If you are comfortable sleeping with someone you know, you can get a lower per-guest rate by sharing accommodations.
There are no pull-out couches or sofas to crash on. You may want to ask your friends, as it's more economical to share a bed. No pressure, but consider the cost of a solo person in a room.
