I would love to see a tractor snuggle sack for both boys and girls.

Have already made the mermaid tail and the shark tail. Grandkids LOVE them! Starting on the Blast Off Rocket but can’t find the School Bus Yellow anywhere! Help!

I would love to do some of these for my grandchildren but I can’t afford to buy the heavier yarn. I do have a stash of worsted weight acrylic that would be the envy of a lot of yarn shops though so can I use a double strand for the same result?

I see in the notes that the child and adult size of the “pizza” sack are accepted. The same note was not made on the mermaid pattern…. Is the adult version of the mermaid version excluded from entry??

The original pattern for the pizza by Yarnspirations has either kids or adults. For the mermaid version, that was me fiddling with their pattern to make it bigger but not an official pattern from them.

Just a quick question do you have to do the single crochet around the tail on the shark I didn’t like the way it looked would it be disqualified if I entered it???

I see some entries for the Shark one has side fins (which I want to do also) – but do you consider that alternating the pattern and *not* eligible for the contest – or are they allowed for the contest? I know I could leave them out for the photo and then add them, but the color change I want to do will look silly if I take photo without the fins. Thanks

Hi Jess. The side fins would be considered an embellishment, which is allowed. The original pattern is complete.

If I use the Caron Cakes yarn, can I use the Adult pattern so it makes it about the same size as the child size? Can I still submit it for the Challenge?

I know it said you can use any yarn, can you also use any hook, I wanna make the dragon but I wanted to make it smalled by using a h hook maybe for a one year old… would that be acceptable or do I have to use the hooks based on the pattern?

Enjoyed the promotional video a lot. The tutorial is excellent. Have ordered the yarn online and can”t wait to begin this project as soon as yarn is delivered. Definitely a BANG ON! Have only recently discovered the Crochet Crowd site and can’t get enough of it and have personally recommended this site to several fellow crocheters in this area. .

Sorry, but the pattern and video will be released at the same time. And the time schedule will be set by our friends at Yarnspirations. Even Mikey doesn’t know yet when the next one will be.
