What To Do With Caron Simply Soft Brites Yarn

I dream in techno colour and I enjoy it when my yarn is bright and cheerful like the Simply Soft Brites Yarn Line by Caron.

Due to the Caron offering premium acrylic, the dyes adhere to a lustre in comparison to value level yarns. This means bold colours that Caron can offer is a result of using premium grade acrylic fibres. This allows your projects to have that difference of appearing dull to having an appearance of vibrance and visual impact, even with low key colours like grey and more.

Even for projects like my Pinky Boots Sculpture, I used a lot of the Simply Soft Brites to really make pinky come alive. You can see the start to finish the construction of Pinky Boots in my special gallery. While yarn sculptures may not be your thing, you cannot deny how lovely the colours are.

Mikey, aka Michael Sellick, of The Crochet Crowd, started this online journey back in 2008. A mere hobby in trying to reach out to others as he was mentally struggling with his own issues. His goal was simple, find others in the yarn communities, like him, that have a common interest.

The journey and main baby of the whole idea started with a YouTube Channel and then in 2011, an official website was developed. Michael is not only the face of The Crochet Crowd but also the working engine behind the crowd in self-taught programming, social media and so much more.

Enjoy the stitching journey. Life is short, enjoy this wonderful hobby and all of the learning opportunities that come with it.

I’m making a very special baby blanket. I want to use the Dark Country Blue and a light grey . I need 4 more colors of blue to use between. I’m using the Simply Soft Brites (?). I haven’t been able to find a store that has all the blues so I can choose the correct ones to use with the 2 colors that the new Mother has chosen for the blanket. Can you help me. Crochet Crowd is my favorite and only crochet site I view
