For beginners and beyond, learn to crochet this cute Beach Cover Up using a free pattern by Yarnspirations called the Beachy Keen Cover Up.
Using Bernat Maker Fashion Yarn, a new yarn line by our friends at Yarnspirations, you can make this crochet beach cover up in a jiffy. The cover-up has large spaces to allow that relaxing sun and breezes of the beach to pass on through while keeping some of the sun off of your body. The cover-up allows you to have some personal privacy without it showing all your 'business'.
You can use Bernat Maker Home Dec for this project as it's the same yarn in every way, just under a different name.

I took pictures as I filmed this to show you what the panels look like prior to the top areas being finished and a final shot of my finished sample. I really enjoyed this project.

I am lost on the beginning of the beach keen cover up,I'm working on the back part of pattern. I got the right amount of chains, then I do row 1 right side, then I do the 2nd and 3rd row. Now when I do the 2nd row I'm on the wrong side.
When I get to the 3rd row, I'm at the right side of the work. but at the end of row 3, I go to turn my work, and go to start " proceed in pattern (pat) as follows: 1st row: (RS) then the ch 1, 1 single crochet in each SC to end of row.
When I finish the 3 rd row and turn my work, getting ready to do the (proceed in pattern part) it says for the first row rs. But its on a wrong side. I watched the video on this, but you stopped at the second row, am I missing something? How do I get a right side after the 3rd row, then I go to proceed in the pattern and the first row is also a right side?
Thank you
