Introducing this fabulous Cozy Cowl Cape Poncho by Yarnspirations.com. This cape is really fabulous, with a deep turtleneck thick collar finished off with length that extends down near the waist. The pattern is available in sizes XS—5 XL.

The drape on this cape is free-flowing, so you can move around with ease. The ribbed collar keeps you warm and fashion-savvy.
This is using Caron Simply Soft Yarns. The basic gist of the pattern is that it really is easy. The collar will take you time to make as it uses front post and back post double crochets to give the deep ribbing that appears. The pattern itself has more pictures of this cape from different angles.
In the tutorial, I will get you started and finish the first colour, the Heather Charcoal colour. Then, I will go through the next steps, as it's a matter of increasing incrementally to do the design. You will see how simple it is, but oh, it is so fashionable and fabulous.

I've been looking for this classy piece with the arm slits as well. I'd love to see this pattern since I'm still a novice crocheter (if that's even a word).
